This drive is boxed like new, and worked flawlessly through ten or so discs. Then we started to get loading errors, so it probably does need a service. In Excellent physical shape, 10/10,  and includes power supply, connection cable, 

Includes power cable and C64 Connection cable along with the manual. 

Outer box is holding together well with nice poly inners, 7/10.
