1982 Tabletop game, which plays a version of the Williams sequel to Defender, a coin-op classic. This game features a large multi-coloured display, and two levels of skill. Large tabletop design makes Stargate the centrepiece of many handheld collections.

This example of the game is Complete, in Excellent, fully tested condition, 8/10. Includes instructions on base, battery cover, seperate manual and both poly inners. The Outer box is in very good condition, taped repair on the front, 7/10. 

LED Electronic games dominated the toy industry between 1977 and 1983. They use light emitting diodes to create displays made of lights. Later LED games use vacuum formed displays, which allow detailed coloured sprites to be animated on-screen. Today handheld and tabletop games rank amongst the most valuable and collectible retro game formats.
