  Commodore Format - Issue 7
April 1991 Issue 7. Includes a feature on Supremacy and more. There is an additional Action Replay codes booklet on the front. Also includes Power Pack cover tape, which includes the full games of Uridium, Crystal Castles , Blue Max and 5th Gear. 

In Excellent condition, 9/10. 
 
Commodore Format was one of the later Commodore 64 magazines to appear. The first issue came out in October 1990, and it was famed for its cover tapes as much as its reviewing style. Incredibly the magazine ran for sixty one issues, until finally coming to an end in October 1995.
