 The December 1990 issue. Includes a feature on Chase HQ II and more. 

In very good condition, 7.5/10. Sellotape marks on the front. 
 
Commodore Format was one of the later Commodore 64 magazines to appear. The first issue came out in October 1990, and it was famed for its cover tapes as much as its reviewing style. Incredibly the magazine ran for sixty one issues, until finally coming to an end in October 1995.
