Dreamcast Seaman Xmas Package - Ltd Edition No 000

1999 SUPER RARE Japanese Limited Edition Seaman Xmas Package, one of the rarest releases of the Sega Dreamcast console. The console is in stunning dayglo orange with matching controller. This set includes a very special Christmas version of the Seaman game, boxed with matching Xmas Orange Seaman VMU Memory card and microphone. There is also sealed soundtrack from the game included.

Limited edition released especially for Christmas in Japan, with only 850 units produced and only made available from one retail chain. However we sourced this set directly from a developer who worked at Sega Japan in the late 1990s, and the certificate number on this example is number 000 - Yes, 000!! So either this is the first one ever made, or there was another quantity given to staff at Sega with zeros instead of the regular number - so maybe there are more than 850? Either way, this is a very curious story, and makes this one even rarer.

The console is in Perfect - UNUSED condition. It's amazing to see a twenty year old console in brand new condition. It has never been played until we tested it. Set includes matching red official controller, TV AV Cable and Japanese power cable, but is missing Seaman game and red VMU. All the manuals and paperwork are in the plastic pouch along with sealed soundtrack CD and sealed Dream Passport discs.

Outer box is Excellent, with inner packaging, a few light scuffs, 7.5/10.

This is a Japanese NTSC Console and requires a step-down transformer for use in the UK or Europe.
