BBC Model B Computer Released in 1981, this Classic 8-bit Desktop Computer from Acorn became a major player in the education market. Thanks to eager parents bringing it into their homes, entertainment software grew on the format. The BBC hosted the original releases of many landmark games, including Revs, Thrust, The Sentinel, Exile and of course, Elite.
This example is in very good, tested condition, 7.5/10. While physically the machine is in great shape, and powered up fine with good TV output, we didn't keep the power on for long. The Model B is prone to capacitor issues and usually has to be recapped. There was a slight whistle noise from inside the body of the computer. Includes in-built power cable, TV cable, and original poly box outers in average condition with some writing on it.
